For HC11-stuff, you should try:
  ftp.wtza-berlin.de/pub/motorola/MotoBBS

In general, you could try
  ftp.ee.ualberta.ca
  calvin.stanford.edu
  ee.utah.edu
  red.cs.tcu.edu

There is a simulation prg for the HC11 called "SIM68" in the Motorola-Box.
That prg needs "S19"-files, i.e. files which contain your code to be simulated
in S1- and S9-records. AFAIK, there is no converter binary format -> S19
available (at least when I needed one, I was unable to find it), so I wrote
my own one (quick-and-dirty hack). I mailed it a member of this list a few
weeks ago, but got no reply, so I cannot say if it is of any use for others.
If there is interest, a (not-so-dirty and well tested) version could be
made available via DIY_EFI WWW-page. Just ask.

Hope this points in the right direction, back to less important things...

Jens.
