I still think thermo/heat transfer doesn't say this (at the speeds we're
dealing w/). If you have a turbulent fluid (for better xfer) at a boundary
then all the equations w/ reynolds and prandel (sp?) numbers I can find do
not use flow rate in the xfer equation. It WILL however determine the
equlibrium temp the fuild reaches.
