I think he was referring to connecting a computer to the test connector
under the hood.  This terminal sends the raw sensor data and accepts input
commands (e.g. "turn off that stupid MAINT REQD light on the dash").
Sorry, I don't have the data stream format.  Has anyone done some reverse
engineering on this?
