My reading points to the critical nature of the oil return lines to the pan. If this is a home installation, have you checked you oil return is good by running it disconnected. Should come out like a chocholate milk shake. There must be a gravity flow, yet not come in below the oil line in the pan. Best wishes. paul timmerman
