Hi Dave
I believe the injector driver on you ECM board is not a surface mnt.
I think it is a mondo Mos transistor, the one with the gigantic heat sink
at the far corner. Someone previously mentioned a suitable replacement on
this net. Still you don't need surface mnt equipment to work on it.
It is in a conventional TO-220 case.
Maybe someone else knows the PN for a suitable replacement.
