water injection questions

I think Darrell is thinking of the Turbocharged Olds 215 that came out in 
'62 or '63.  The turbo Olds used water injection.  Corvair turbos never 
came with water injection from the factory; they used a pressure retard unit 
on the distributor to combat detonation.
