 Yes. In the system I ran before I used about 70% ethanol and 30% water. I 
 had a great supply of ethanol with which to experiment. I found this to 
 give the best power. Also as I understand it, with ethanol's affinity for 
 water, this is a typical mixture after it sits for a while. 
 Edlebrock used to sell a water injection system and they also sold a 
 premixed solution to run with it. This was a 50/50 mix of water and 
 ethanol.
