KNOCK Information

Can anyone give me the most up-to-date publications that address
knock or detonation in some detail?  I would like to find a 
publication that shows the results of different tests performed and
describes it's limiting factors as well as compares differing fuels,
differing combustion chamber designs, knock controllers etc.
