OBDII Specs?

Thor,
	I had found it a while back and don't have the address, but just did a
search in Metacrawler or something like that for OBD, EPA, and the
such.  I think I found it in the EPA stuff, kind of tough to sort
through though.  All the original papers are there as well as some
pretty up to date updates.
