More Injector questions ;)

For my "yet another  Injector Question:"

  How fast can I trun on/off an injector using just a power mosfet (no 
NS??? Inj Drive Controllers)?  I sized the inj @ top RPM (the power 
curves have been lost last year, so I'm just thinkin "worst case"), and 
want to make sure I can idle ok or if I need an "idle injector" sitting 
there, doing nothing (just about ;).
