No, he's selling them. I believe $60 is the price... shipping is the
problem (he's in Germany)  Back in October he came stateside to visit, so
he brought a few with him (that's how I got mine, dinner with Oliver and
some Fiero club members in Melbourne FL.)

To my knowledge, he hasn't released the schematics.
