Hey Tim!

Good guesses, however the is some logic to this.  The radiators in a 'vette
(or a T/A for that matter) are large, for proper engine cooling, however in
the upgright position, they simply won't fit.  I believe they'd stick out
about 4" or so.  The tilting gives GM the ability to shove in a large
radiator while still maintaining a sleek, lower-hood design.

The bodies are fiberglass for several reasons... and I'm joining you in the
guessing thing.

1. Saves Weight.
2. Is the latest automotive fad
3. Looks kewl :)

Being that the vehicles have a steel chassis (either unibody in the F cars or
Monocoque on the vette, guess what, they reflect radar very nicely.
