Hi

Best bet is to use a GM TB on the ford intake. I sized a
tpi TB to a ford one and they are pretty close. I mean the 
truck double TB.. A 1/2" alum plate should do it.

Otherwise you have to graft on the IAC. I think the ford
is a pwm setup similiar to a polorator on a satellite feed.
