The driver was very lucky.  In Washington Township NJ (Bergan County) a
gent was welding an exhaust system and a spark apparently bounced off the
leaky gas tank, and boom.  The car, two garage bays, and a cement wall
disappeared.  The welder was injured pretty bad, however there were no
fatalities.  Circa 1977.
