This is a 2764 'TYPE' of EPROM that 'was' to be the next logical step
after the 2532 (Mot.)  They have a 25V programming voltage, BUTNOT where
they are on a 2764.  They were used to hold the ROM BASIC in the
original IBM XT's.  You need to find someone with a DATA I/O model 29
programmer.  If I can find my MOT. data book, I might be able to tell
you how to 're-pin' the chip and program as a 2764.
