How about a nitrous injector, and s/plug in the exhaust, to keep the
turbo spun up,  then use Direct cylinder injection of regular gasoline,
weld up the spark plug hole, raise the compression to 20:1 use
compresion ignition, and then cross the spark plugs for firing the
mixture in the exhaust. when the pistons at TDC.  
  Funding call the NTSB, with all the planning for the expansion
    rates for the air bag deployment,  coulda squeezed this in
Bruce
