Matt, you have two avenues-  One is call HEXCEL in Arlington Washington.  
They build airflow straighteners for GM vehicles out of honeycomb core.  
If it is a small piece, less than 1'x1', I can get some aluminumhoneycomb 
core foy you.  Just e-mail me.
