If I recall correctly, the turbine blade just happened to be an old 
turbocharger, and the homogenizer just happened to produce positive pressure 
in the intake, and that just happened to produce more horsepower without 
increasing fuel consumption by just coincidentally converting some of that 
waste heat that just happened to be in the exhaust stream into rear wheel 
power.

A lot of coincidences there.   8-)

P.S. Smokey was said to have had a car tech inspected by Nascar, and they 
removed the fuel tank to check the volume. Apparently the tech inspectors 
didn't think the tank was legal, while Smokey was sure it was, so he grabbed 
the empty fuel tank, threw it into the back of the car, and drove off.
