More non-efi Horsepower stuff

It's not really a left-over because there are many other powers to 
consider. ie:  - brake power is measured at the dynamometer
               
               - indicated power is calculated from combustion        
                 pressure measurement

	       - friction power is the difference between the brake
		 power and the indicated power.
               
Friction power can be broken down further into rubbing friction power, 
accessory power and pumping losses.  It all depends on the analysis 
you are doing.
