This is not as elegant but if you modify the following in the file.
 
0.240000 0.240000 scale
sm 1 slw

This Bit from 

0.000000 300.000000 translate

To

100.000000 300.000000 translate

0 0 M
2250 3000 B clip N
/FILL_X_CLIP 2250 def

You can send it (pipe / print) to a postscript printer and it will come
out O.K. A4 sheet in portrait mode. ( Did here anyway.)

It will also display properly when you dump it into corel etc ...
