Hydrualic pressure to HP formula

YOu wouldn't happen to know what state they are in?  I called the 800 
directory service and didn't have enough information to get a listing... 
reason because my "homebrew" vehicle is slated for ride height/ride 
stiffness control via hydralics, and I need four cylinders (hopefully 
shock-like in mounting) to accomplish this.
