The Tektronix TDS210 is less than $1000 US and is a great buy for the money. It has a 1GS/s sample rate and a 60MHz bandwidth. It has a very good back-lit LCD. The unit is small and light weight. After the first unit we purchased 4 more and plan to buy one for every engineer. P.S. I do not work for Tek. Dave
