Unusual problem with LH 2.2 system

That exact thing happened to me with a highly modified motor and is a 
signal that the motor is running rich. If you haven't done anything 
to the motor ( mods ) then the air filter could be partially clogged 
up or some sensor like the temp sensor is faulty.
