I think the problem with turboing the 351 isn't with finding a turbo (you can get them "anywhere") but in finding a turbo exhaust manifold. Try giving CarTech a call. I know they sell turbo systems for 302s...a Level 1 system for ets between 12-10.7, and an Outlaw system to 10.99-7.7 ets. CarTech:(210) 308-8464
