can it be used with non-confused systems (i.e. no ECU, e.g.
simple efi ??  I've looked longingly at the BBK SC system.  Looks
nice, and is supposed to be the same as or very similar to the
system on the t-bird SC, but "they" say it requires a confuserized
system to work.
