conversion of lycoming eng to efi

i am converting a lycoming to efi using a geostorm ecu. how can i re-program
the eeprom to remove the following.

1. rpm limit
2.fuel ratio
3.non essential error codes.

the iginition is 1995 saturn. all sensors are blue streak standard parts. minor 
mods to sensor circuits to allow air an air cooled eng to operate using coolant
temperature sensor to over-ride the ecu into thinking its a water cooled engine.
