I think the Porsche 914 would be the donor of choice, readily available
very cheap. 72-76 had bosch FI, I believe k-jetronic. Check out a "HOT
VW'S" magazine for ads from makers of aftermarket products for TYPE IV
motors, they may have some upgrades available that EFI system. Good Luck.
