GM Tech 2 PCMCIA ?

I recently purchased a GM  Tech 2 diagnostic hand held,  made by Hewlett
Packard. I am very impressed with the unit .The display and operations
are very simple to use. My question is has any one tried to read the 10
MB PCMCIA Card.  All I  know is that the card is a 5 volt standard
PCMCIA whatever standard means. Can the card be read as a IBM floppy
format or should it be read as a flash?
