turbo is then sucking a vacuum, has one benefit, can wind up to higher
RPM, ( put hand over vacuum hose on your vacuum cleaner and it winds up),
problem, when you pull your hand off ( i.e. open throttle) small time
delay till air gets down the hose ( intake runner).
if you have the throttle body pressurized, the turbo is fucghting more
resistance, pushing against a closed tube ( throttle closed) but
ADVANTAGE, its PRESSURIZED, gives a burst of air when the throttle opens,
thus better performance, and less turbo lag..
