Jeeps of that era are like Volvos in that there are bits and pieces from
everywhere on them. IIRC, these vehicles used the AMC engine, a Ford
starter, a GM alternator and Ford distributor with a Chrysler carb.
Perfect for the person who could not decide which brand is best...
