GM CALPAC part number

I tried to order a CALPAC from one of the local gm dealers and did not
receive the "friendliest" of service. Once the parts guy realized I was
not working on an OEM application he got a bad attitude. Anyhow, I
have on order a GM part number 16120674 CALPAC. Can someone verify
that this is indeed the correct part number for a 88 Camaro with
a 5.0L TPI (LB9) and a manual transmission? Will that have 
the passkey theft deterrent system enabled?
