Gee, I had a Dana 44 in my IH Scout with a SMALL BLOCK, I twisted the
pinion off once, then the second time blew the spider gears up. Never ever
had a problem with a 9 inch, as far as I know, they are indestructable. And
I don't really like thing from ford.
