Hi All

With the fuel pressuer debate going on I thought i'd throw this in...

Can someone tell me if I'm on the right track.
I have a Ford "pinto" 2 liter to go in my Capri. I'm using port
injection.

Atomosphere (1 bar) = 14.7 psi
turbo boost = 15 psi

so the fuel pressure is going to need to be at least 14.7 more than
max in the inlet manifold this will give me a total fuel pressure of
44.4 psi (3 bar approx)

I'm going to be using a regulator with an inlet manifold pressure
line so that will increase the fuel pressure under boost.

What shoud I set the idle fuel preesure at ?
I was thinking 14.7 psi

Cheers

Simon
