Humidity

Hi All

> this reminds me of the age old question "Why is the sky blue"

I know this one! it's because of the high nitrogen content in air ;-)

But as for water injection and humidity...... I want to use water 
injection for 2 reasons 
1) intercooling properties. I've been told that if you mount the injector 
pointing into the airflow just before the intercooler it increases the 
efficiency of the intercooler (true ??) 
2) detonation retarding properties........MORE BOOST !!!!! =-)

But alas I have know idea why it affects a normally aspirated engine.

Some people can tell what time it is by looking at the sun. 
But I have never been able to make out the numbers.
