730 VSS Error??

Hi Bruce

A 730 can use three different inputs for VSS.
One is digital, ie 12V on off with a pullup resistor
in the ecm, on is magnetic pu.. and not sure the third
I think it is CCM derived on the buss.
Also there is a 2000 or 4000 pulse select.
This is all set by one byte on powerup.
