Sure, why not?   Ya have the thing spinning at stellar rpm, then open the
butterfly(s) and feed the engine air.  Required hardware would prolly be: lots
of traction, *industrial strength" head & neck support, forged pistons and a
very capable knock retard system.
Can you use a turbo intercooler with a vortech?
