www updates again

Thanks to Shannen, there are scanned pinouts for the 747 ECM on the www
page.  Look in "oem systems" | "GM" | "127747".  Also thanks to some
gentle prodding from other list members, the EFI reference list is back
online.  It's a list of books, SAE papers, sources for parts, acronyms,
jargon, etc.  The link hasn't moved, it's on the main diy_efi page, but
it actually works now.
