HI,
	I am currently working on a project where I
need to get a rpm reference from my MSD 6 AL
ignition. It uses a flywheel mounted wheel
with 4 rare earth magnets embedded in the
outer portion of the ring at 90 degrees
apart. Does this ignition use the same type
of pickup as the factory HEI ignition does?
The reason I ask is that you can trigger the
MSD 6 AL from a factory HEI or a crank
trigger. That is why I need to find out how I
can get a rpm pulse and how I should
condition it for a micro controller. TIA
