The air flow meter will not accept signals from a O2 sensor.
The airflow meter and O2 signals go into the computer.
Yes many vehicles have a relay for O2 sensor heater.
What year is computer?, if a pre 92 euro, maybe does not use
O2. I have seen some foreign MB were you would have to
enable lambda in airflow harness or in speedometer.
You will probably need factory wiring diagrams.
