The CFs had small injectors that really limited the top end. My old 84
would spin the tires harder than the newer 85-87 tuned port motors( and
beat them to 30MPH) so it had torque. It needs a cam, flow, etc for HP
but at 220 stock HP, it was easily out classed by the 250+ HP of the
newer motors.
