ALDL commands

Hi,
   Does anyone know the ALDL commands for a 94 or 95 F-car (Camaro, 
Firebird) to dump or load the EEPROM in the PCM???

   I want to read my code/data tables, and look into modifying them.

   Any help would be greatly appreciated.
