Pressure sensors

Guys,
Just rec'd a free sample of a new micro pressure sensor from Lucas.
This little guy is a sub-dip SO-8 package, (surface mount - about 1/8 by
1/4 inch in size!) with a tiny air pressure sensing hole on the top!
Pretty cool - what'll they think up next?

Lucas has some sensor info on their page:
http://www.novasensor.com

The page is sort of rude in terms of silly registration (just leave all
fields blank and it'll work). This tiny sensor is the NPP-301.

They also have more traditional pressure sensors, with hose pips,
stocked by Digikey for $17 (NPC-410 family) which could be used as MAP
sensors, etc. Various pressure ranges are available. You'd need an
additional op-amp etc to cvt the output voltage of these sensors into
the more traditional 0-5 volt range...
