    If you wipe your finger around the inside of the compressor outlet of
the turbo, and you get oil on it, then you probably have a leaky turbo shaft
seal.  There is basically no reason for oil to be there with a healthy
turbo.
    If you are actually burning lots of oil and it's coming from the turbo
then there should be enough throughout the intake piping to easily detect.
