Mark took it upon himself to do some much needed re-organization on the
DIY_EFI pages.  I finally got it uploaded and in place, so give it a
look.  He has expanded the SAE paper section, added lots of links in the
suppliers/parts section, and some other changes.  The main page is much
cleaner now.  Thanks, Mark.
