Anyone know which is better?

Are you running a TBI or TPI?
If your TPI uses P+H injectors might try the TBI, but about all I'd
"expect" to see different is the accleration enrichments.
IMO. the TBI firing more often to to help break up the fuel, and 
the TPI uses the heat from the intake valve to do that, so each one
is done a specific way for a reason.

 These are 2 option which CALMAP gives you.
TBI (throttle body injection) - injectors open once every sparkplug
firing or SDF(simultaneous double fire?)- injection every other firing.
All for a 4 cyl engine.
