The is more to it than that,  the 350 was only one the
82+84 vettes, was used on 82-83 F-bodies, 305s
the difference was just the injectors, and prom.
  There are two lower manifold bases.  On one there
is a thru hole between runners that you can reach
with your finger from the head side of the manifold.
  The manifold with this hole between runners 
breaths much better at WOT.  It seems to have been
used at random.
  You'll never get a smooth idle since the OEM set-up
uses two different size injectors, and a fuel pressure
regulator on one TB, and an accumolator on the 
other.
