Sure the VE changes but it does not matter. If you set a desired 12.8
a/f, the ecm will change the fuel in response to the change in VE with
the NTK sensor giving the correction signal- EXACTLY like the stock cpu
does but only in non-wot situations. At wot, all factory ecms are open
loop: using preprogrammed values from initial cals on dyno. That is why
there are so many chip burners out there.
