Well i am sure that they are injection molded. that is what we do. the new LS1 chevy engines all have plastic intakes (we don't make their's yet!) and we are working on some new designs for the Fords and Mopars. They are really kewl. I will find out what type of resin is used. I think that we make the ones on the neons, too. -- Andy Quaas
