This statement would have to assume that the temperarture didn't =
increase with the increased pressure. It would also assume that =
doubling pressure would double flow, but the increase in frictional =
forces on the moving air might prevent this from happening.

he gives a rule of thumb: Every 5 psi of boost results in an increase =

the VE by 33% so a 15 psi turbo will double the VE of any engine.
