plenum volume

	Haven't seen any real good formulas on calculating plenum volume though was
once told by a Ford engineer that they run 1.1-1.2 times engine displacement.
	I've seen AFM readings off of an 89ish BIG turbo z-car that showed a much
smoother progression with a modified large volume manifold; more power, better
delevery. Throttle responce was down significantly though.
	Also notice how small the plenums are on Hondas. They have to know
something... can't argue with 195hp / 1.8 liters (Integra type-R).
